Lana has experience working with children, adults, couples and families. Lana is originally from Jordan and understands what it is like to immigrate to a new country. She uses a trauma-informed approach to help guide clients to feel grounded and lead them toward wholeness. She loves using humour in her sessions and enjoys working with refugees, immigrants and indigenous people. She has worked with people from different backgrounds and provides counselling services in both Arabic and English.

Ivah specializes in working with children and families. However, she is also passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and individual adults who are navigating through issues related to childhood traumas, familial expectations / intergenerational trauma, cultural and life transitions, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, relationships, eating disorders, and setting healthy boundaries.

Courtney specializes in working with older youth (16+), young adults, and individual adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, self-worth, grief, loneliness/disconnection, and life transitions.

Courtney’s hope is that therapy may be a space for you to safely explore the parts of yourself and aspects of life that are leaving you feeling stuck. In an attempt to avoid pain, we often hide and try to manage our feelings in isolation. Courtney believes that healing comes from cultivating a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.

Arthur specializes in working with children, youth, and individual adults who are facing challenges in their lives such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and emotional regulation.

He strives to create a safe and supportive space that is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration where clients will be heard, empowered, and understood.

As a community-minded therapist, he brings years of experience with children and youth within the school system, as well as his own lived experiences as a second-generation Filipino-Canadian. He grounds his therapy practice in a trauma-informed approach and centers his theoretical orientation around attachment theory with a psychodynamic perspective. When working with clients, he stays curious and non-judgmental. He employs a curated approach of support techniques depending on the client’s presenting issues during his sessions.
