Life sometimes can be difficult to navigate alone, especially through challenging times, when pain and distress take over. Lana loves to offer support and walk alongside you while holding and fostering a safe place to be able to express and navigate your emotions without judgment. Lana has experience working with children, adults, couples and families. Lana is originally from Jordan and understands what it is like to immigrate to a new country. She uses a trauma-informed approach to help guide clients to feel grounded and lead them toward wholeness. She loves using humour in her sessions and enjoys working with refugees, immigrants and indigenous people. She has worked with people from different backgrounds and provides counselling services in both Arabic and English.
Lana looks forward to starting your healing journey while holding a secure space where you feel heard and validated. You can work together to explore the challenges and the strengths, using different tools to rediscover the new you.

Arthur Tiojanco
Arthur specializes in working with children, youth, and individual adults who are facing challenges in their lives such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and emotional regulation.
He strives to create a safe and supportive space that is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration where clients will be heard, empowered, and understood.
As a community-minded therapist, he brings years of experience with children and youth within the school system, as well as his own lived experiences as a second-generation Filipino-Canadian. He grounds his therapy practice in a trauma-informed approach and centers his theoretical orientation around attachment theory with a psychodynamic perspective.
